To purchase the Cognitive Screening Test you must have appropriate education, training, and experience. Purchasers may include:

•	Licensed psychologists
•	Licensed physicians who care for adults with known or suspected neurocognitive problems (including, but not limited to, family practitioners, internists, neurologists, rehabilitation and geriatric specialists, and psychiatrists)
•	Other health professionals with relevant education and training authorized by their organization to assess and monitor neurocognitive functioning in neurologically compromised patients
•	Research organizations

When you register to purchase, you must provide verification of licensure or accreditation by your state and/or authorization by an employer, such as a medical facility, research laboratory, pharmaceutical company, government agency, or school. Organizations ordering the CST must designate a responsible individual with the appropriate credentials to oversee proper use of the CST. This person will become the account's primary account manager.
